We do not have any official public support options for TinyMCE at this time, due to the overwhelming size of the community. The best way to get your issues looked at by a developer, is to submit a bug to Sourceforge.
Documentation
Please review the documentation before asking questions, it can save you time and money. Clients that have purchased MCImageManager and MCFileManager should use the forum for their issues, or contact us by email.

Important information

Purchase Premium support
If you are interested in getting premium support for configuration and integration of TinyMCE, you can purchase a support account in our webshop, this gives you access to our support ticket system with a guaranteed short response time (but please remember that we are situated in Sweden so there is still some time difference). The support accounts are based on a 6 or 12 months support period. If you just have a question or two, I suggest checking out the forum and/or the documentation.
